Refund policy
Return/refund policy effective for all orders made after 11/20/2024
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a lifetime warranty on all products for any manufacturing flaw. Send us a picture and explain what happened and we will replace the product free of charge. Orders that are returned for any reason other than having a manufacturing issue will be charged a $11 restocking fee. Customers will also be expected to pay up to $5 for the return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@nollyeyewear.com. Please provide us with your name and order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return labels will be processed within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Orders that are returned for any reason other than having a manufacturing issue will be charged a $11 restocking fee. Customers will also be expected to pay up to $5 for the return shipping label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
